Emma, Kyle & Anna got to go to the zoo with us on Friday, May 9th (yes, the bomb-threat-day-at-the-Zoo). We had an awesome day! At first it was full of kids on field trips, which Emma enjoyed because she likes watching other kids. But they all cleared out right after lunch and it was almost empty so we had no trouble getting right up to the exhibits. Emma really, really liked the monkeys. And, of course, in usual Emma fashion she ended the day with a nap.

Our GREAT friends Connie & Billy took all of us fishing Sunday afternoon, May 18th. Emma really enjoyed herself and (for a while anyway) thought the fish catching was pretty neat. She would open the cooler everytime someone caught a fish and tell them where they had to put it. The fish (blue-gill/perch) were biting like crazy. She even reeled a couple in herself.
